The goal of this investigation is to find the truth regarding Jamal Khashoggi’s murder at the Saudi consulate in Turkey. The murder’s legitimacy is still being contested, and the outcome is contingent on the accusations lodged. The study leverages Grice’s (1975) theory of implicature and studies reports from online broadcasting mediums to achieve this purpose. The material is qualitatively evaluated utilising a case study methodology and Mayring’s qualitative content analysis framework in this descriptive study. (2000). The investigation is centred on the individuals involved, including Jamal Khashoggi, the accused inside the consulate, Hatice Cengiz, Khashoggi’s fiancée, and Saudi Foreign Minister Adel al-Jubeir. The findings indicate that Khashoggi was murdered. The evidence shows that Khashoggi’s murder was real, and the people accused of it lied and denied the crime to protect the murderer’s reputation. In the end, the accused were devoted to carrying out the law.
